Guidance for resumption and management of electively scheduled surgery and procedures (ESS) in the COVID-19 era
During this pandemic, we’ve have had to suspend almost all elective procedures. This has negatively impacted patients needing or desiring those procedures, organizations depending on those procedures for revenue and clinical staff who have suffered pay cuts due to fewer work hours available.
