National scorecards: making the metrics count

In the previous episode we covered how to optimize your national scorecard performance. On this episode we examine the data points that drive national scorecard performance. Ratings organizations track thousands of metrics on each hospital, attempt to run these through analytic programs and then spit out grades. It is a confusing jumble, and in this discussion, we share how to focus on the metrics that matter.
